How it helps
Quiet the mind and drift off, night after night.
Soften anxious, racing thoughts and reset.
Steadier confidence and clearer focus, day to day.
The library sessions are made for everyone. This one is made for you. Tell Alexandra what you're working on and she'll craft a personal hypnosis recording in her own voice, built around your words, your goals, and what actually helps you relax.
Submitting is free. Alexandra reviews every request and sends a payment link if it's a good fit. This is not a payment.
This recording is for relaxation and comfort only. It is not medical care and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. It will not cure, treat, or diagnose any condition. Never use it to replace advice from a qualified provider, and never ignore, delay, or stop medical care because of anything you hear here. If your pain is new, severe, or worsening, please see a doctor. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.

Two subtly different tones, one in each ear, that the mind blends into a gentle pulse. Pick a state and press play. Headphones recommended for the full effect, and make sure your phone is not on silent.
Tip: leave a beat playing softly in the background and start a guided session on top. They layer together, so you get the voice and the undertone at once.
May help with relaxation and focus; effects vary and are not medical treatment. Not for use by anyone with a seizure disorder. Keep the volume gentle.
Good to know
Yes, with repetition. Hypnosis works by gently guiding your subconscious into a receptive state and reinforcing new patterns. Some people notice a shift after one session; for most, the real change comes from listening regularly over one to two weeks.
No, and that’s the myth that trips most people up. You don’t have to empty your mind or stop thinking. Your thoughts will still drift in and out, you might hear a noise or notice your body, and none of that means it isn’t working. Hypnosis is simply letting your thoughts settle while you follow the voice. Each time your mind wanders, you gently come back, and the relaxation deepens on its own. The only job you have is to stop trying so hard and let it happen.
No. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation, not sleep and not mind control. You stay aware the entire time and can open your eyes and stop whenever you want. You can’t get stuck, and you can’t be made to do anything you don’t want to.
Not at all. Falling asleep means you’re relaxing deeply, which is exactly the goal, and your subconscious keeps absorbing the session even as you drift off. If you’d rather stay awake (say, for a confidence or focus session), listen sitting up instead of lying down, earlier in the day, and with your eyes closed but not in bed. For sleep sessions, just let yourself go.
Daily is ideal, especially for the first ten to fourteen days. Repetition is what makes the changes stick. After that, return to any session whenever you need it.
Nearly everyone, as long as you’re willing. The only thing that stops it is resisting. If you can follow a voice and let yourself relax, you can be hypnotized.
None. Just press play and follow along. The recordings guide you through every step.
The recordings are general sessions, written for anyone, and they’re a real, effective way to relax, sleep better, and shift everyday patterns on your own time. Working with Alexandra in person is different: the session is built entirely around you, your history, your specific goal, and what’s actually holding you back. She responds in real time, adjusts as you go, and can reach things a pre-recorded session can’t. Think of the library as a daily practice, and private work as a targeted intervention.
Yes, for relaxation and self-improvement. They are not medical or psychological treatment. Never listen while driving or doing anything that needs your attention. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, are pregnant, or have a mental-health condition, check with your provider first.
It varies from person to person. Some feel calmer the first time; deeper changes build with consistent listening. No specific outcome is promised.
